Treat yourself to our one of a kind 28 day dry aged ribeye steak. Our in house Himalayan salt chamber creates the perfect environment for aging beef. By purifying the air and adding flavour, the blocks of Himalayan salt imported from Pakistan enhances the natural flavour of meat by sealing in the natural juices through a 28-45 day aging process.
Bundle includes 10 x 8oz Himalayan salt-aged ribeye steaks.
